RollCall by Breej
Lesson Compliance

Confirm the curriculum was actually delivered

RollCall matches the timetable against real submissions, so a missed or late lesson note is visible the same day — not discovered weeks later.

  2. 2

What's Tracked

Everything needed to confirm delivery

Timetable matching

Every scheduled lesson has an expected submission automatically generated.

Lesson notes

Structured submission covering topic, objectives and materials taught.

Photo evidence

Optional photo attachment where a school requires visual confirmation.

Deadlines

Submission windows configurable relative to the end of each lesson period.

Late submissions

Flagged automatically once a deadline passes, with the delay recorded.

Missed submissions

Lessons with no submission appear as exceptions for follow-up.

Coverage Gaps

When a lesson can't be delivered as scheduled

If a teacher is unavailable, the lesson is routed into RollCall's substitute workflow rather than left unrecorded.

A lesson without a submission and without an assigned substitute is treated as a genuine gap — surfaced immediately in the Exception Center rather than surfacing weeks later as a curriculum shortfall. See Substitute Management for how coverage is assigned and confirmed.
