RollCall's premise is simple: the operational events that matter — attendance, lesson submission, assessment deadlines, leave, coverage — should be recorded as they happen, in a form school management can actually use. That's a narrower goal than "watching" teachers. It's specifically about the operational commitments a school already expects, made visible instead of assumed.

We built RollCall to give administrators a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict to act on blindly. A dip in a compliance score should prompt a question, not an assumption. A missing lesson note should trigger a follow-up, not an accusation. The platform is designed to surface what happened — the interpretation and the decision stay with the people who know the context.

RollCall is not a generic HR tool adapted for schools. Every module — QR attendance, lesson compliance, substitute coverage, query workflows — is built around the specific operational rhythm of a Nigerian private school day, from the morning kiosk scan to the end-of-term report.
