How approved leave affects compliance calculations
Once management approves a leave request, RollCall excludes that period from attendance, punctuality and lesson compliance calculations for the affected teacher — so approved absence is never held against them. Unapproved absence continues to appear as an exception, keeping the record accurate on both sides.
