Operational signals, combined into a metric you can actually use

RollCall combines operational signals into useful compliance insights — attendance, punctuality, lesson compliance and assessment submission, tracked over time.

What Feeds The Score

Four operational signals, one view

Attendance %

Days present against expected school days.

Punctuality %

On-time arrivals against total clock-ins.

Lesson Compliance %

Lesson notes submitted against scheduled lessons.

Assessment Submission %

Assessments submitted on time against those assigned.

Compliance is an operational metric. It is not a measure of a teacher's personal worth or teaching quality.

A compliance score reflects whether operational commitments — attendance, submissions, deadlines — were met. It says nothing about classroom skill, student rapport, or teaching ability. Use it to identify where to look, not to draw conclusions on its own.

Trends, Not Just Snapshots

See direction, not just a number

RollCall tracks compliance over weeks and terms, so administrators can distinguish a genuine downward trend from a single unusual week.
