1. Tutoring Sessions
Student Cancellations
Cancel at least 3 hours before for a full refund. Less than 3 hours is non-refundable.
Tutor No-Show
Entitled to a 100% refund or immediate reschedule if the tutor misses the session.
2. AI Tools & Subscriptions
Refunds available within 7 days if you haven’t significantly used the tool (less than 5 generations) or if technical faults occurred on our end.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Flutterwave within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
